Hengda Chemicals Co., Ltd., a Hi-Tech enterprise, is one of the earliest leaders in R&D, manufacturing and sales of silane coupling agents in domestic of China. It is located in Gaizhou, Liaoning Province, the birthplace of the organic silane coupling agents in China . In 1965, the former Gaixian Chemical Factory firstly introduced the latest research findings about KH-550 from ICCAS (Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science) .From simulation experiments to pilot scale, and we finally made a major breakthrough in transferring Kowtow ammoniation reactor into Vertical chlorination reactor in 1966, so that we achieved industrialization of KH-550, and still use in nowadays. Subsequently, we R＆D other series of silane couplers, such as amino, epoxy, methacryloxy, sulfur, thiocyanate, and so on, which make a significant contribution to early stage National Defense, Aero***ce, as well as ensure the ***n developments of products' markets in later stage. At the same time, we cultivated many professional talents in R＆D of silane couplers.
